A Yoshi Egg (or Yoshi's Egg) is an Item in the Mario Kart series. As the name implies, it is a white egg with green spots, which is Yoshi's special item. However, Birdo also has her version, known as Birdo's Egg. Super Mario Kart: in Grand Prix mode, Yoshi can throw eggs on the track if he is a CPU.
