Transform is a Normal-type fast attack. Upon entering battle, Transform turns the user into a copy of the opponent. When used in Team GO Rocket battles or when facing an enemy Ditto, instead of transforming, Transform would act as a regular fast attack that deals damage, but does not generate energy.
