Today, Marvel Studios released their latest installment into the MCU with a Captain Marvel sequel film, The Marvels. The film follows the three leads, Captain Marvel (Brie Larson), Captain Monica Rambeau (Teyonah Parris), and Ms. Marvel (Iman Vellani), as they battle a Kree warrior across the galaxy. During the emotional and climatic end of the film, Monica Rambeau sacrifices herself to close a tear in the multiverse. She is trapped from the main 616 universe by closing the second universe. In a post-credit scene, we learn she is still alive but on a separate Earth (Fox Universe?) from an alternate
