PNES & PSNES rom list not appearing

I'm new to the Switch homebrew scene so I thought I'd start off with something simple like NES and SNES emulation. I got my CFW working and PNES and PSNES downloaded, and I downloaded my romsets into what I believe are the correct directories, but the game list isn't appearing in either emulator
