Issue: Every time I try to use Pokémon Refresh in Ultra Sun and Moon, almost every time I try to pet a Pokémon, I get the shocking/freezing/burning hand effect, even with Pokémon that don’t give off such effects, this makes it hard to increase the affection of any Pokémon. I’ve found this issue while playing the Supernova Sun hackrom, and I’ve tested with a regular Ultra Moon ROM to see if it was the hackrom or Citra, the issue remained in the regular ROM.
