/ Design Consultant Mark is an award-winning Industrial Designer born in Guyana, South America and raised in Brooklyn, New York. A graduate of the prestigious art/design school Pratt Institute in New York City, Mark is passionate about creativity in all its forms. Spending most of his career in the Exhibit/Event world. Mark has designed events, exhibitions, showrooms and interiors for many Fortune 500 companies including Canon, Google, AT&T and Spotify. In 2015, Mark moved to South Florida and has rekindled his passion for furniture design. Mark is also the designer and creator of the iconic Bones Bench designed in South Florida. He now designs spaces for an entirely new lifestyle. Joining the Scan Design team is an exciting and natural progression for Mark whose passion for furniture is heavily influenced by Danish Design. “Good design can transform the human spirit,”
