The Incubator Machine is a game mechanic that levels up your fighter when you leave them inside it. The longer you leave your fighter, the more XP it will gain. Since Update 29 the Incubator mechanic has changed, giving more fighter XP depending on it's level, and not having a minimum/maximum amount of time for units to be put in.
