Chief Petty Officers are level 120 Enemy NPCs that can be found at the Marine Fortress. They deal 95 damage per slash using the Dual Katana, with their third slash dealing 108 damage. Despite using the weapon, they do not use any of the Dual Katana's moves. Due to them being in groups of 2 that are spread apart, they can be easy to farm. Elemental immunity activates at level 120.
