Charlotte Katakuri is a secondary antagonist of the Whole Cake Island Arc within the manga/anime series, One Piece. The third of the Sweet Commanders of the Big Mom Pirates and second child of the Charlotte Family, He is the most powerful and dangerous of the three with a bounty of one billion berries. His main goal is to protect his family and serve his mother, Charlotte Linlin, which is a main reason he faces Monkey D. Luffy nearing the end of the arc. Tier: At least High 6-A, possibly higher
