C (シー, Shī; Viz "Shee", English TV "Cee") was a very capable shinobi of Kumogakure and a high ranking member who became the eventual head of the Yotsuki Clan. Renowned in his own right, he eventually came to be the partner of the Fifth Raikage, becoming Head Ninja of the village and Kumogakure's number two shinobi, B. A skilled medic, sensor and shinobi, he died a war hero and a true father to his son. He was also the husband of Sanran (燦爛, Radiant). C in part three is based off of Johannes von
